Methodology

From operational chaos
to a company that
runs itself.

We don't sell isolated technology. We follow a proven five-phase process that transforms the way your company operates, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes from day one.

PHASE 01
Diagnosis
48 hours
PHASE 02
Strategy
1 week
PHASE 03
Build
2–4 weeks
PHASE 04
Testing
1 week
PHASE 05
Launch
Ongoing
01 First phase
Duration: 48 hours

Diagnosis:
understand before
you build.

Before proposing any solution, we need to understand your company from the inside. How work flows today, where time is lost, and which operations have the greatest automation potential.

OUT
Diagnosis report Complete map of your processes with automation opportunities ranked by impact and implementation cost.
Request free diagnosis
We do
  • Discovery call (60 min)
  • Current tools analysis
  • Workflow mapping
  • Bottleneck identification
  • ROI prioritisation
You provide
  • 60 minutes of your time
  • Read access to your tools
  • Description of your biggest operational problem
What happens in those 48 hours
Discovery session
Structured call where we document every relevant process with your team.
Internal analysis
We evaluate volumes, frequencies and the real cost of each manual process.
Report delivery
Full document with priorities, savings estimates and next steps.
!
Free and no commitment. The diagnosis has no cost. If the proposal doesn't convince you, you keep the report.
02 Second phase
Duration: 1 week

Strategy:
the solution before
touching code.

With the diagnosis in hand, we design the full solution architecture. Which tools, which workflows, which integrations, and the logical implementation order to maximise impact from the first sprint.

OUT
Approved strategic plan Technical architecture, implementation roadmap, cost estimate and ROI projection. Not a single line of code until you sign off.
Start the strategy
We do
  • Technical architecture design
  • Tool and stack selection
  • Phased implementation roadmap
  • ROI and hours-saved projection
  • Presentation and review session
You provide
  • Feedback on priorities
  • Budget validation
  • Plan approval before we proceed
Week structure
Days 1–3: Solution design
Technical architecture, tool selection and workflow design.
Day 4: Presentation
We walk you through the full plan: costs, timelines and projected results.
Day 5: Adjustments and approval
We incorporate your feedback and only kick off once you're satisfied.
!
No cost surprises. The final budget is set here. We don't add unagreed extras during the build phase.
03 Third phase
Duration: 2–4 weeks

Build:
we implement, you
see the progress.

Real development begins. We work in short one-week sprints with partial deliveries you can test. We don't disappear for weeks to return with something unexpected.

OUT
Complete system in staging All workflows, automations and integrations built and running in a test environment identical to production.
See how we build
We do
  • Development in weekly sprints
  • Partial delivery every Friday
  • Continuous technical documentation
  • Integration with your current systems
  • Staging environment for testing
You provide
  • Access to APIs and systems
  • Weekly feedback (30 min)
  • Validation of each partial delivery
How we run each sprint
Monday: Sprint planning
We define what gets built this week and set clear acceptance criteria.
Tue–Thu: Development
Build and internal testing. Real-time staging access throughout.
Friday: Demo and feedback
We show you what was built, collect feedback and incorporate changes.
!
Full visibility. You have access to the staging environment from day one. We never work in the dark.
04 Fourth phase
Duration: 1 week

Testing:
nothing goes to production
without validation.

Before activating any system in production, we run exhaustive tests using real data and edge cases. The goal: when it goes live, it works without human intervention from minute one.

OUT
Validated system, ready for production QA report with every tested scenario, all bugs fixed, and performance confirmed under real load.
See our quality standards
We do
  • QA with your real company data
  • Load tests and edge-case scenarios
  • Parallel run (new vs. current system)
  • Bug fixes for any detected issues
  • Team training on the new system
You provide
  • Real use cases to test
  • Feedback from the team who'll use it
  • Final approval before go-live
What we validate before launch
Functional tests
Every workflow runs 100% with real data and parallel production.
Error and recovery tests
We simulate failures to confirm the system self-recovers with no data loss.
Training and go-live
Team training session and live activation with real-time monitoring.
!
No big bang launches. The system is activated gradually to catch any anomaly before full rollout.
05 Fifth phase
Ongoing

Launch:
live in production
and always improving.

Launch is not the end of the work — it's the beginning. We monitor the system, measure its impact, resolve any incidents and continuously optimise it as your company grows and changes.

OUT
Live system + ongoing support Real-time metrics dashboard, monthly performance reports and a team available to resolve any incident in under 4 hours.
Launch my company
We do
  • 24/7 system monitoring
  • Monthly performance report
  • Incident resolution in < 4h
  • Continuous proactive optimisations
  • Adaptation as your company evolves
You get
  • Company running 24/7 on its own
  • Real-time metrics dashboard

!
No lock-in contract. Ongoing support is month-to-month. You stay because the value is obvious, not because you're obligated.
At the end of the process

A company that
works when

Frequently asked questions

The most
common doubts.

How long does the full process take?

It depends on scope. For a mid-size process automation, typical time is 4 to 6 weeks from diagnosis to go-live. More complex projects (multiple integrations, web development + automations) can take 8 to 12 weeks.

Do I need to disrupt my operation during implementation?

No. We work in parallel to your current operation. The new system is built and tested in a separate environment. The transition happens gradually and in a controlled way, with no visible interruption for your customers or team.

What if I need changes after launch?

Completely normal. Companies change and systems need to adapt. With ongoing support, most adjustments and improvements are handled in the next sprint at no extra cost. Larger changes are quoted separately.

What happens to my data and current systems?

Nothing is deleted or migrated without your explicit approval. We always work with copies and staging environments. All access and credentials are handled to enterprise security standards and revoked or transferred at completion if you choose.

What if the diagnosis reveals I don't need what I thought?

We tell you. If the diagnosis shows your biggest problem has a simpler solution — or that you already have the tools to solve it — we communicate that honestly. We don't sell solutions beyond what you actually need.

Do you work with companies of any size and industry?

Yes, though our focus is companies with 5 to 500 employees with repetitive operations that consume time. We've worked with e-commerce, service firms, agencies, clinics, real estate companies and manufacturers. The industry changes — the operational problems are the same.
